Information About Catering Orders

Catering orders are accepted 24 hours prior to your event. Some items might require 48-72 hours. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible but selection and availability may be limited.

MINIMUMS

All menu items are prepared and priced for a minimum of 10 guests, unless otherwise indicated.

CHEF’S NOTICE

Minor substitutions may be necessary if any ingredient is unavailable or found unsatisfactory by our Chefs.

PRESENTATION

Unless otherwise arranged, orders will be presented on high quality disposable platters. Use of white china platters will incur an additional charge. All hot entrees are presented in disposable chafing racks with water pan and sterno. The charge per chafing rack is $9.00. High quality disposable plates, napkins, utensils and serving spoons are included for $0.95 per person. Rental equipment and stainless steel chafing dishes are available for an additional charge.

DELIVERY AND SET-UP

BLVD Catering delivers between 6:30AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday, servicing Northern Virginia and the metro DC areas.  Please allow a half-hour window for all deliveries, 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after scheduled delivery.  A $15.00 delivery fee applies to all deliveries in Tyson / Mclean area. Other delivery charges vary according to your delivery area and size of your event.

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All events must be paid in full prior to delivery unless an approved corporate account has been established. Please contact us to obtain an account application.

TAXES

Local sales tax is added to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide certification

PRICING

Please note that menu prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible. You may cancel by 2pm the day prior to the event. Orders cancelled after 12pm the day prior to the event will be charged in full, including events cancelled due to inclement weather. Monday events must be canceled by 12pm on Friday prior to the event. All cancellations must be done by phone or email. Special events may have modified terms individually specified.

Menu’s take into account a full range of dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free
